Project Healthy Bones #2 In-Person

Project Healthy Bones is a 12-week exercise and educational  program for adults. The program targets the body's larger muscle groups and is designed to improve strength, balance & flexibility. Partcipants must have a medical release form signed by their doctor before they can partcipate, forms can be picked up from the Library Circulation Desk.           Classes will be held twice weekly - Mondays @12pm & Fridays @10:30am.
