Katie's Crafts - Kandi Cat Keychains! In-Person
For ages 10-17.
Tweens and teens are invited to join Craftmaster Katie to create an adorable Kandi Cat Keychain! All materials will be supplied. Registration is required.
Please be reminded that for children under the age of 11, an adult, age 18 or over, must remain present, per the Library's Unattended Child Policy.
