Strong & Steady #5 In-Person

Strong & Steady is a 5-week introductory exercise and educational program for adults. The program is designed to improve strength, balance & flexibility. Attendance at all 5 classes is optimal for results, but not mandatory. A medical waiver must be signed by the participant prior to attending and will be available at the Circulation Desk.
